Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuickBookingPH ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. The Platform is operated by QuickBookingPH, based in Manila, Philippines.

2. Description of Service

QuickBookingPH is a verified booking platform that connects guests with DTI/SEC-verified property owners. Our services include property listings, booking management, document verification, payment processing via PayMongo, and scam detection tools. We cover resorts, staycations, glamping, farms, beach houses, transient rooms, and event venues.

3. User Accounts

Property owners must create an account and complete the verification process to list their properties. Guests may book without an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and bookings.

4. Verification Process

Property owners must submit valid DTI/SEC registration, Mayor's Permit, and a valid government-issued ID for verification. QuickBookingPH reserves the right to approve or reject any listing at our sole discretion. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the property's quality.

5. Bookings & Payments

All payments are processed securely through PayMongo. A service fee (commission) is applied to each booking and deducted from the property owner's payout. Guests will be charged the full booking amount at the time of checkout. Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the property owner's terms and our platform guidelines.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Guests may request a cancellation through our platform. The property owner has the right to approve or deny cancellation requests. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days depending on the payment method. QuickBookingPH is not responsible for losses arising from cancellations made outside our platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) impersonate another person or entity; (d) attempt to circumvent payments through off-platform transactions; (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform; or (f) post fraudulent listings or reviews.

8. Limitation of Liability

QuickBookingPH acts as an intermediary between guests and property owners. While we verify business documents, we do not guarantee the condition, safety, or quality of any property. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on QuickBookingPH are owned by or licensed to us. Property owners retain ownership of their photos and descriptions but grant us a license to display them on the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
