For Guests

How do I book a property?

Simply browse our listings, select your dates and guest count, fill in your details, and pay securely through PayMongo. You'll receive a confirmation email once the property confirms your booking.

Is my payment safe?

Yes. All payments are processed through PayMongo, a BSP-regulated payment processor. Your payment details are encrypted and we never store your credit card information. Unlike Facebook bookings where you send money to strangers, our system holds funds securely.

What does 'DTI Verified' mean?

It means we have manually verified the property owner's DTI/SEC business registration, Mayor's Permit, and government-issued ID. This confirms the business legally exists and is operated by a real person — significantly reducing scam risk.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can request a cancellation through our platform by providing your booking ID and email. The property owner will review your request. If approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

Do I need an account to book?

No! Guests can book without creating an account. Just fill in your name, email, and phone number during checkout. However, you can save favorites using the heart button (saved in your browser).

What is the Scam Sniper tool?

Scam Sniper is our free tool that lets you paste any Facebook URL to check if it's a known scam page. We maintain a database of reported fraudulent pages and cross-reference them with our verified listings.

How do I leave a review?

Visit the property's booking page and scroll down to the "Guest Reviews" section. Click "Write a Review," fill in your name, email, star rating, and comment. Reviews help other travelers make informed decisions.

For Property Owners

How do I list my property?

Click "List Your Property" and create an account using your email. You'll be guided through our onboarding process: submit your DTI/SEC registration, Mayor's Permit, and a government-issued ID. Once verified (usually within 24 hours), your listing goes live.

What documents do I need?

You'll need: (1) DTI Certificate of Business Registration or SEC Registration, (2) a valid Mayor's Permit/Business Permit, and (3) a Government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, PhilID, etc.).

How much does it cost to list?

Listing is free! We charge a small commission per confirmed booking (deducted from the payout). There are no upfront fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges.

How do I get paid?

After a guest's booking is confirmed and paid, the payout (minus commission) is processed by our finance team. You can track your earnings and payout status in your owner dashboard.

Can I set different prices for weekends?

Yes! Your resort form includes fields for both weekday and weekend pricing. Set your Fri-Sun rate separately from your Mon-Thu rate.

What if my verification is rejected?

You'll receive a detailed rejection reason (e.g., blurry documents, mismatched names). You can resubmit corrected documents through the 'Resubmit' page in your dashboard. There's no limit on resubmissions.

Can I reply to guest reviews?

Yes! In your 'My Resort' dashboard sidebar, you'll see the Reviews Manager. You can read all reviews and post a reply to each one. Replies are visible to all future guests.

Payments & Security

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, GrabPay, Maya, and online banking through PayMongo. All payment methods are processed securely.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), stored in a secure database with Row Level Security, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What if I encounter a scam?

Use our Scam Sniper tool on the homepage to report suspicious pages. If you encounter issues with a verified listing, contact us at support@quickbookingph.com and we'll investigate immediately.
